Yongli A8s CO2 Laser Tubes employs the Islands Structural (Gold) Coating Technology onto the discharge tube to enhance Catalytic Ability, thus, significantly expanded the lifespan of the laser tube. H series CO2 glass tubes, on the other hand, adopt the chemical coating method to avoid the coating shedding issues and also increased the Catalytic Ability.

The entire raw glass materials of A8s are from German Shott, which is one of the reasons why Yongli A8s has much better stability rather than our competitors.

Dust-proof device is available to overcome the lens polution issues while working in a comtaminated working environment.

Yongli A8s and H8 CO2 Laser Tubes have the maximum output power for the standard singular laser tube. With 150W to 180W output power, A8s and H8 are able to process a thicker level of organic materials in a relatively fast speed. 20mm Acrylic for example, the speed is able to reach to 2mm/s.

Despite A8s and H8, laser tubes share the same output power and length, there are also some differentiations between Yongli A8s and H8 CO2 Laser Tubes.

For the As series, raw glass materials are all from German Schott, and the discharege tube coating adopts the Island Structural Coating Techniques, therefore the stability and working lifespans have dramatic enhancement.

150W co2 laser tube

To get a better beam density, a unique resonator design is applied into As series CO2 Laser Tubes. Furthermore, in order to get high accuracy, all the resonator optical components are imported from II-VI Infrared Singapore. These are the reasons why A8s, 150W CO2 Laser Tube is capable of cutting thin steel and stainless steel.

Yongli As series CO2 glass laser tubes ranks the top in nowadays CO2 laser market, for its Ouput power, Stability and Working Life.

Whereas, high performance requires high costs. To meet the Cost-effective enquiries from the customers worldwide, in 2019, Yongli developed and fabricated H series CO2  laser tubes, which have the similar beam quality and working stability to the As CO2  laser tubes. However, in order to deduct the manufacturing cost, we have to compromise on the working life span of it. If you are looking for a cost-effective and also bring you a fine laser cutting or engraving result. Yongli H series laser tubes are the best choice.

Acrylic:
To get a smooth and even acrylic cutting result, also avoid burnings. Please pay attention to the airflow control. Try to use small volume airflow on the surface of acrylic or apply the side blow method, make sure there is also airflow at the bottom of the acrylic plate as well.

Die-board:

Focal length and Airflow are key-factors for Die-board cutting. We suggest utilizing the focal lens with over 100mm focal length. Such focus path will make the knife slit more precise.

Faster cutting speed requires greater airflow on material surface.
The smaller nozzle mouth applied, the more cutting power you will get.

MDF:

The faster-cutting speed requires greater airflow over the material surface.

Leather & Fabric:

Laser power between 60W-100W is suggested and also equipped with a focal lens of 50 FL and small power air compressor.

Wood:

The faster-cutting speed requires greater airflow over the material surface.

PVC & Dual-color Board:

Laser power between 60-100W is suggested and also equipped with a focal lens of 50 FL and try to control the output power between 50%-70%.

 Steel:

Steel cutting will need Oxygen support during the cutting process. Air Pressure:0.8 MPa.

 Paper:

Low laser power and fast speed for paper cutting are highly recommended. There is no perfect power and speed for multi-types of machines, get the correct power and speed on your test please.

Artificial Rubber:

Normally, rubber cutting is a single layer process, the reference we offered on this table is based on a double layer cutting test.
