90W CO2 Laser Tube
The cathode end of A2s & H2 Co2 Laser Tubes adopts the FLANGE design, which allows our engineers to adjust the beam quality of each 90W-100W Co2 laser tube(A2s & H2) to the best status.
With the decent beam quality, A2s and H2 laser tubes have better laser engraving ability compared to other engraving laser tubes on the market.
A2s and H2 CO2 Laser Tubes are both with Metal Thermal Dissipation Caps, which allows the CO2 laser tube is capable of continuously working for a considerably long time.
For both Outer Tube, Water-jacket Tube and Discharge Tube, German Shott Glass is also the only raw glass supplier for A2s laser tubes.
Despite A2s and H2, laser tubes sharing the same output power and length, there is also some differentiation between Yongli A2s and H2 CO2 Laser Tubes. For example, the working hours and outer diameters. Please check the reference table below for details.

Whereas, the high performance of As CO2 laser tubes requires high costs. To meet Cost-effective enquiries from customers worldwide, and also, Yongli developed and fabricated H-series laser tubes. In addition, H series laser tubes perform better on response time, so H2 will get even better engraving results rather than A2s.
A2s & H2 Laser Tubes Cutting Performance Reference Table *Please note that the cutting performance will be also influenced by the machine parameters or other factors, for instance, the quality of the laser beam alignment. * | |||

Acrylic:
To get a smooth and even acrylic cutting result, also avoid burnings. Please pay attention to the airflow control. Try to use small volume airflow on the surface of acrylic or apply the side blow method, make sure there is also airflow at the bottom of the acrylic plate as well.
Die-board:
Focal length and Airflow are key-factors for Die-board cutting. We suggest utilizing the focal lens with over 100mm focal length. Such focus path will make the knife slit more precise.
Faster cutting speed requires greater airflow on material surface.
The smaller nozzle mouth applied, the more cutting power you will get.
MDF:
The faster-cutting speed requires greater airflow over the material surface.
Leather & Fabric:
Laser power between 60W-100W is suggested and also equipped with a focal lens of 50 FL and a small power air compressor.
Wood:
The faster-cutting speed requires greater airflow over the material surface.
PVC & Dual-color Board:
Laser power between 60-100W is suggested and also equipped with a focal lens of 50 FL and try to control the output power between 50%-70%.
Steel:
Steel cutting will need Oxygen support during the cutting process. Air Pressure:0.8 MPa.
Paper:
Low laser power and fast speed for paper cutting are highly recommended. There is no perfect power and speed for multi-types of machines, get the correct power and speed on your test, please.
Artificial Rubber:
Normally, rubber cutting is a single-layer process, the reference we offered in this table is based on a double-layer cutting test.
