Sunlite 2000W fiber laser source adopts the macro channel techniques for the water cooling system, efficiently reducing the water resistance issues, which allows ISUN-24G to continuously and longtime process the laser works.

2000W Fiber Laser

ISUN-24G is a user-friendly fiber laser source. The R&D department of Sunlite Laser finished further upgrades on the connecting components that highly integrated the redundant connecting interfaces and enhanced the machinery compatibility. 

Besides that, Sunlite Laser also optimized the overall performance of 24G, with 2000W output power, it has superior cutting speed and edge treatment.

2000W single mode Fiber Laser Source



1) We adopt the output φ50 um core fiber run the cutting test.

2) We applied the Raytools cutting head with an optical ratio of 100/125. (collimation/focal length of the  focusing mirror)

3) Cutting auxiliary gas: liquid oxygen (purity 99.5%) liquid nitrogen (purity 99.99%)

4) Due to different working environments, different gas purity and different loss degree of cutting head or gas nozzle, this performance table is only for reference.
